The restaurant group behind D.C.’s chain of Circa bistros designed El Bebe to be the type of place its employees wanted to grab a drink after work. El Bebe opened in February 2019 with a show-stopping collection of graffiti art from Miami and mezcal cocktails that smoke with dry ice. A deep selection of appetizers, dips, and fusion tacos make it a nice fit for a pregame pit stop.
